Registration
Start here. Both are short online forms — pick the club that matches your child’s grade. Registration is $75 for the first child and $50 for each additional child in the same family.
Florida Conference forms
Membership applications, driver questionnaires and risk-management paperwork are published and kept current by the Florida Conference, so we link to them rather than hosting copies that go out of date:

Anything else you need
Photography and media permission is part of the registration form, so there is nothing separate to sign for that. If you need anything else — a permission slip for a particular outing, or a form we have not listed — email [email protected] or call the church office on (321) 492-0900 and we will send it straight to you.
